During this event we will lift up the impacts of teen dating violence and importance of healthy relationships All participants will send in a piece of drawn art or verbal piece of art (spoken word, song, poem, rap).

12th Annual Awareness Through Art Showcase
Join us for our 12th Annual Awareness Through Art Showcase, presented in partnership with The dA Center. This powerful event features artwork created by local youth, highlighting the impact of domestic violence while also uplifting messages of healthy relationships, respect, and empowerment.
Each piece uses creativity as a way to spark conversation, raise awareness, and inspire safer, healthier connections in our community. If you or a youth in your community would like to submit an original piece of artwork, please contact Ashley Spencer, aspencer@houseofruthinc.org for more details.
Third Annual Woman's Healing Generation Luncheon
Experience renewal and reflection as we explore the impact of generational trauma and pathways to healing. Savor a thoughtfully curated dining experience with nourishing dishes prepared by Hillcrest’s chefs and discover one-of-a-kind offerings from local community vendors. Join us for an afternoon of meaningful conversations and a celebration of wellness for both mind and body.
Second Annual Pomona Peace Walk
On October 9, from 3:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., the Pomona community will unite for an evening of music, food, and powerful advocacy as we walk together to call for an end to the intersections of violence in our city.
The walk will begin at Pomona Valley Hospital and conclude at House of Ruth’s Pomona outreach office. Complimentary shuttles will run from 3:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. between the outreach office and the hospital.
A Moveable Feast
Indulge in an unforgettable evening of fine dining, all while making a meaningful difference. Begin the evening with a cocktail soiree at The Lassie House from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M, then enjoy curated meals in the warm, welcoming homes of our most generous supporters. Every ticket supports vital services for survivors of domestic violence and their families.
This cherished tradition goes beyond a night of exceptional food and hospitality: it is a celebration of community, compassion, and the collective power to create change. By attending, you are standing in solidarity with survivors and helping to ensure they have access to the safety, resources, and support they need to rebuild their lives.
