Ehmandah Ramsey
PRESIDENT
Ehmandah is a curator, facilitator, and storyteller devoted to helping high-achieving women rest more, hustle smarter, and lead with ease. As the founder of She Stories and author of Rest Like a Boss, she empowers women to redefine success and rise strong — all without burning out. She also serves as the Co-Pastor of Emmanuel Church and is a domestic violence survivor who uses her story to inspire and uplift others.

Heather Davis
VICE PRESIDENT
Heather Davis, MD, is a Board-Certified Internist/Critical Care Specialist who has practiced at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center since 2004. She became the Medical Director of Hospitalist Services at Pomona Valley Hospital in 2013 and continues to oversee physicians actively involved in provision of inpatient care at the hospital. She has previously served as the President of the Medical Staff as well as on the Board of Directors and currently still serves on the Board of Directors for the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation. She is also a domestic violence survivor.

Michael Wallace
BOARD TREASURER
Mike is a San Dimas native and UC Santa Barbara graduate with a background in business economics and accounting. After a successful career in public accounting and corporate finance, he now focuses on mortgage, real estate, and personal finance, offering clients expert guidance and clear communication. Deeply rooted in the community, Mike serves in leadership roles with the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, and other local organizations, giving back to the community that shaped him. He regularly supports Bonita Unified events and fundraisers, saying, “It’s an honor to give back to the community that gave so much to me.”

Sara Domonoske
BOARD SECRETARY
Sara retired last year after 38 years in education, 35 of those years in the Upland Unified School District as a French teacher, high school assistant principal, interim high school principal, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction for the district.
She served on the Board of House of Ruth several years ago and served as Lay Leader at Claremont United Methodist Church. Currently she serves on the advisory board for David and Margaret. She has lived all her entire life in Claremont and continues to be active in the community.

Stephanie Bowlin, EdD, PA, DFAAPA
Dr. Stephanie Bowlin, EdD, PA, DFAAPA, is a pioneering leader in healthcare education and administration with over 35 years of experience in clinical practice, higher education, and professional service. She currently serves as the Senior Vice President Special Projects and Acting Senior Vice President for University Compliance, Ethics, and Culture (UCEC) at Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU), where she oversees Human Resources (HR), Title IX and Equal Opportunity (OTIXEO), Humanism (OH) (UPO). She has previously held several significant leadership positions including Dean of the College of Health Sciences, Deputy Chief Operations Officer, and founding Chief of the Office of Mission Integration and Institutional Engagement, Planning and Effectiveness (IEPE).
A trailblazer in the physician assistant (PA) profession, Dr. Bowlin was among the first women of color and PAs in California to earn a doctorate and be appointed as a Dean. During her 20-year tenure as Dean, she led high-performing academic programs recognized for outstanding student retention and board pass rates.
Dr. Bowlin is a tenured associate professor, Dr. Bowling was among the first women of color PA Program Director, and Chair of the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). She also contributes as an assistant team chair for the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), playing a key role in higher education and institutional effectiveness. She is in national organizations including the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA), and the California Academy of Physician Assistants (CAPA). She has served as a consultant, accreditation evaluator, journal reviewer, and presenter, and is recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the AAPA.
In 2024, Dr. Bowlin joined Martin & Massey, LLC as a consultant to support organizations in strategic planning and leadership development. Known for her servant leadership, she is dedicated to mentoring future leaders and advancing educational excellence. A first-generation college graduate, Dr. Bowlin finds joy outside of work with her husband, children, and five grandchildren.

Janiel Henry, Ph.D., Board Member
Dr. Janiel L. Henry is CEO, Founder, & Licensed Psychologist at Women Rise Psychological and Wellness Center, a boutique integrative wellness center specializing in women's mental health & wellness across the lifespan. Additionally, she is a keynote speaker, consultant, trainer, and inspirational speaker. With over 20 years of experience, she works to empower women so that they may not only survive, but heal, grow, thrive, and rise in every aspect of their lives

Debbie Lopez
Debbie is a retired Law Enforcement Officer with 35 years of service from a large Municipal Police Department. She has 25+ years of investigative experience in various disciplines, homicide, crimes against persons, robbery, narcotics enforcement, and crimes against property. She is a domestic violence survivor.

Gabriel Marquez
Gabe Marquez has been a resident of the San Gabriel Valley all of his life, except for serving four years in the US Air Force. He has been married since 1990 and has three adult children. He is a retired law enforcement officer, serving twenty-five years with the California Highway Patrol, mostly as an investigator. Currently he works for a non-profit serving the insurance industry and law enforcement. His passions are baseball and music. His personal motto is "Kindness is King".

Mark Mitzenmacher
Mark has decades of experience managing small and medium size businesses. He founded his own silkscreen and embroidery company as well as working for his family’s grocery business. Mark’s role is currently the Director of Operations at Waters Edge Wineries, where he oversees their winemaking operations and inventory management at their headquarters location. Mark grew up in the Inland Empire and he is well known in many of the local charity and business circles.

Autumn Washington
Autumn Washington is the Special Events Manager at Western University of Health Sciences. She is also a member of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW) Pomona Valley Section, where she serves as 1st Vice President. With over 10 years of experience in event planning and fundraising for nonprofits, Autumn understands how to manage events to make them a success.
